- "Provide free checkups for 1,000 people from 10th to 12th of May at Lucky Chinatown in Manila"

AIDOT(CEO Jae-hoon Jeong) promotes free cervical cancer screening and service promotion for 1,000 local citizens at Lucky Chinatown, Manila, Philippines for three days from 10th of May through artificial intelligence-based cervical cancer diagnosis solution 'Cerviray'.

Philippine government officials plan to participate in the examination, and the examination will be conducted with AIDOT's Philippine partner, CerviQ. AIDOT plans to declare May as

'Philippines Cervical Cancer Eradication Month' along with screening.

According to the founder of CerviQ in the Philippines, Dr. Bogs, cervical cancer is the second most common cancer among women in the Philippines which killing 11 people every day. Dr. Bogs explained the background of the event, saying, "Cervical cancer is a cancer that can be sufficiently prevented only by early screening." He added, "If we introduce AIDOT's

Cerviray and perform early screening, we will be able to draw the effect of eradicating cervical cancer throughout the Philippines."

Currently, only 7.7% of women aged 18 to 65 in the Philippines are screened for early cervical cancer. Expansion is difficult due to limitations in geographical conditions and

examination methods.

Accordingly, AIDOT and CerviQ of the Philippines set the motto "END CERVICAL CANCER IN PHILIPPINES" and "AI CAN CERV" and "AI CAN SERVE" as slogans for this event, which

means to eradicate cervical cancer in the Philippines.

To achieve this goal, AIDOT applied Cerviray to the field in the Philippines several months ago and conducted a clinical test. Through this test, the performance verification was

completed, and the examination system using the Colposcopy camera developed by AIDOT was completed.

AIDOT CEO Jae-hoon Jeong said, “We are proud of our partner Dr.Bogs for his efforts to eradicate cervical cancer in his country, and we will do our best to support him with Cerviray to contribute to women's health in the Philippines in line with his efforts.”

CEO of AIDOT, Mr.Jeong said, “As local support in Manila is currently difficult due to the COVID 19, we are conducting local tests using real-time remote support and reading systems, also, in order to make this event a national level event for both Korea and the Philippines, we will send congratulatory videos from domestic medical staff and institutional officials

who have conducted research and overseas expansion with AIDOT so far, so that they can join us in a meaningful event remotely.”
