On 27th of October, AIDOT announced that it supplied real-time lesion tracking and lesion detection solutions to the gastroscopy room at Hallym University Chuncheon Sacred Heart

Hospital, and started clinical trials on patients. The solution was developed together with Professor Chang-seok Bang's team at the Department of Gastroenterology at Hallym

University Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital.

This development was carried out with an order from the Hallym University Industry-University Cooperation Foundation. According to Aidot, this is the first time in Korea that an

artificial intelligence real-time lesion tracking solution in the field of gastroscopy has been introduced into the field and is conducting a clinical trial.

Professor Chang-seok Bang of Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital said, “It is useful because it can prevent missing small lesions as much as possible, and I am very satisfied with the CDSS (Clinical Decision Support System) function, in which artificial intelligence informs the location of even minute parts in real time with sound and detection boxes."

Professor Chang also said, "The accuracy and real-time lesion tracking results are also very consistent with the actual doctor's opinion, and based on this clinical result, Hallym

Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital's artificial intelligence solution will be promoted in earnest through domestic and overseas approvals."

Min-chan Park, director of AIDOT Research Center said, “The algorithm applied to the artificial intelligence solution is the definitive version of the artificial intelligence algorithm that

implements real-time tracking, lesion reading, and penetration depth recognition by synthesizing 14 individual artificial intelligence algorithms. Based on this, we are in the process of

further upgrading the algorithm.”

He added, "It is the unique technology of AIDOT that enables real-time lesion reading and tracking with 3D video instead of 2D image."
